For over a decade, Maria Diaz-Joves and Dave East have worked side by side designing and building custom residential and commercial properties throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.
Maria, an AIA award-winning architect and principal of a423 architecture & design, brings over 25 years of experience across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Her eye for detail and passion for purposeful design are the driving force behind every space we create.
Dave, a master builder with 40+ years in the field, began his career as a stonemason before leading high-end residential and large-scale commercial builds. His deep knowledge of materials, methods, and craftsmanship brings every design to life with precision and care.
Together, Maria and Dave are the foundation of The Job Shop —where thoughtful design meets expert execution. Their shared commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and speed of delivery shapes everything they do.
